Review of Phoenix, Arizona

No real seasons...just hot and hotter. Lol
Star Rating - 7/29/2019
I’ve lived in Phoenix Metro for the majority of my life. I love the winters but I hate the summers. But the winters don’t get cold enough to really feel like a winter very often. I have sweaters that I haven’t worn in ages because it’s too warm here even in December and January. We also don’t get your typical 4 seasons here. We get Summer, Fall and Spring. Fall moves right into spring. Summer seems to last at least half of the year. It is sunny almost every single day of every year. Rain storms happen but not very often.

I think the government needs to wipe this hell hole of a city off the map. People here are brainless nit wits who need assistance making a simple decision. If you drive through any of the ‘housing developments’ they have here, you can see that every house is the same as the other, cookie cutter houses for cookie cutter people. It requires very little brain power to live here- go in any direction and within ¾ of a mile you will find the store/gas station/establishment that you are looking for. The people here seem to think they are living in S California, as everyone’s personalities seem to defined by which “hood” they live in, area code and PHX tattoos abound. Its almost like they have seen a movie and are trying to emulate the cholos/hoods/scum of the earth they see on t.v. There are very few people with individual personalities, they all seem to be imitating each other, or some bad character they read about/see on social media. These people all act like they are the most entitled people in the world, but In reality they are the bottom of the barrel, as is Arizona in most ways. (education/pay/etc.) There’s a little known second line to Frank Sinatra’s version of New York, New York. Goes like this: “If I can make it there, I’m gonna make it anywhere…….and if I cant make it anywhere else I’ll go to Phoenix” Failures from the rest of the country end up here and think they have achieved a measure of success but how hard is it to shine when you are surrounded by human garbage 99 % of the time. I am glad I only ever visited the city for a month and went back to a real city and never ever looked back at this dump.
