Wilmington Delaware is the worst

The politicians in Delaware have NO idea what they are doing. They are there just to get a paycheck. The crime is through the roof in the city of Wilmington. There is too much section 8 and no one manages it. The police are only concerned with locking people up and not keeping the peace. There are no laws in place to protect citizens or to even keep their own statues from being enforced. No misdemeanor crimes are in enforced in the city, NONE!
