crime rate is over triple what Sterling claims

IT really is crazy...every one of the crime rates listed for Binghamton is about 1/3 of what the ACTUAL crime rate in Binghamton is. I don't know if Sterling is using data from 20 years ago, but it certainly is not from the last 10 years
