I don't know of any other zipcode in the Southwestern PA metro area that sits on 60 acres of prime urban redevelopment land central to both the region and tens of thousands of residents.

With the Shoppes at Chartiers Crossing, along with the pride of the neighborhood, the Father Ryan Cultural Center, and soon the Roxian Performance Theater, so much is happening within the zip code.

With housing starting at $20,000 for a 3 bedroom house, (YES, you read that right, check realtor.com for details), exciting new community meeting places like Revolutionaries Cafe, and just being named one of the manliest areas in the United States, something is definitely cooking in the Rox.
