Fort Smith offers one of the most attractive options for budget-friendly living found somewhere near Arkansas' Sebastian County boasting medians hovering around the mid-$100s and rental rates shortly arrive close by upwards of 1.2 thousand dollars respectively - both significantly lower compared to other river side towns like Ozark or Monette located much deeper down southward.
