Do not move here
Low quality of life, expect a 60-90 minute commute if you live here as there are no jobs on the island. As for the people, they are very rude and miserable, have serious anger issues, and are extremely entitled. To top it off cost of living is SKYROCKETING. You pretty much need a car to live here and be independent, on top of astronomical housing costs (though lower than the rest of the city). Not much to do here in the way of entertainment/activities. I would not advise a move here.
