Wimberley,Texas Wimberley is like every other small town out in this area, struggling to make it financially.The stores are open for a year or two and then close. Cheap crap is the only thing people buy so any store of substance doesn't make it.People are having a hard time so are angry and bitter towards the 'folks' from the city. Wimberley Market Days is the only attraction and it's the same month after month,year after year. Cheap junk. Someone told me it's an artist community. What a laugh.Maybe retired artists who don't need to sell anything to make a living live here.
