Well if you are a nature lover, retiree, outdoor sportsman, love winter sports, low cost of living, (except taxes) this just might be the place to live or have summer/winter retreat. located just outside of Adirondack Park, the largest publicly protected area in the contiguous United States, greater in size than Yellowstone, Everglades, Glacier, and Grand Canyon National Park COMBINED! hundred's of lakes, many ski areas, snowmobiling, hiking, great fishing, bird watching, etc. housing cost are below national average.
