May Not Be Affordable
We love it here, but the cost of housing is astronomical, and has us rethinking whether we can stay here much longer. Considering first mortgage, second mortgage and property taxes, our housing cost is between $7,000 and $8,000 per month. That's a high percentage of our monthly income, and when we think about saving for retirement (which the high housing cost has made nearly impossible), it's not pretty picture.
