Low Crime but High Cost of Living Houses are not cheap in South Windsor. Lots of recent commercial development if you like that sort of thing. The people are snobby in an upper-middle class sort of way - they have enough money to keep up with the neighbors but aren't truly wealthy. Good roads and the schools have a good reputation. If you have the money send your kids to prep school, though.
