Urban for Suburban It's realitivly alright. Mostly quiet slightly boring to me but then I moved herd 7 years ago from Dallas. Schools are good though. Houses are nice for the money. It is pretty and has plenty of wildlife. Not to far from Dallas however since everyone from every other state has moved to Dallas it can take over two hours to get back to McKinney and plenty of tolls that are steep unless you take 75 highway. Not a lot of good restaurants here or shopping but plenty of supermarkets and great healthcare facilities. So if you just want pretty, quiet, like to cook. This is your kind of place.Lots of birds and wildlife. And crepe myrtles. Lots of crepe myrtles. Do be wary of shopping downtown however you can't return anything. Local Yocal meat market though I like down there. Hated it when I first moved here. But it's grown on me and I like to cook. :)
