Prospect Park Summer is creeping in here along the river and it looks fabulous! Rather than challenge the shade and struggle growing grass, many neighbors garden their whole front yards. And the hostas and ferns love it here! The raccoons or chipmunks or bunnies did get to the tulips before I enjoyed them but every day a new perrineal comes to life on the avenue. Although I am only a renter in this charming neighborhood, I am happy to leave my new bleeding heart plant in the side garden for all future residents to enjoy.
