6/6/2021Crisfield is Ocean City, Maryland 30 years ago, and is very similar to some of Maryland's most exclusive and expensive Chesapeake Bay extremely expensive towns...St. Michaels, Oxford, Solomons Island. A very low crime rate with excellent policing, excellent new waterfront library and upscale waterfront condo buildings with endless waterviews, historic homes, excellent hospital, charming seafood restaurants, Arts District, endless water oriented and biking options. Crisfield is an easy drive to numerous "best in America ocean resorts"..Ocean City, Md, Assateague, Chincoteague, Bethany, Rehobeth, Lewes, Fenwick Island Delaware. Salisbury, Md. is a short no traffic drive away with one of USA's excellent hospitals Tidalhealth, and very respected Salisbury University. The minor league Orioles team Shorebirds in an excellent stadium. Homes in Crisfield are receiving multiple offers and prices are rising FAST. A perfect remote working town.

4/8/2021A great Covid remote work location/opportunity. Very safe, good in town hospital, ocean resorts a short drive away, endless quality water activities. Some good restaurants, active policing...interesting history, about everything you need 30 minutes away in Salisbury including one of Americas best hospitals and a jet serviced airport. Many homes are being renovated NOW and multiple offers, some over asking prices are not uncommon. Somewhat remote, but many of Americas small waterfront extremely expensive towns are Montauk , Provincetown, St. Michaels, Oxford, Charleston.

Salisbury is Very Safe Almost Everywhere. -
10/15/2019I am tired of hearing about salisbury having a "high violent crime rate" in these national reviews. It is inaccurate and damaging to property and business owners here. If you avoid the very well known "hoods".. and areas a short walk away from them, which seems to be the case in every city large or small, you will find salisbury to be a very safe and friendly town.
