Originally from Indiana, tranfered to Shreveport. I plan on retiring in acouple of years, I like Waskom and there are some things I like about Shreveport but I don't think I'll stay in this area. So I'm looking for a nice place to retire to, maybe in Texas.

Waskom, TX

A very nice little town - 4/26/2008
I moved to Waskom about 1 year ago from Shreveport, where I lived for about 8 months. I didn't like Shreveport at all, the crime there is terrible. Waskom is a nice small town. The people are friendly.
