What is the true population of Prescott? -
10/24/2020Is the population of Prescott 17,430or 43,214? There seems to be a difference of opinion.
Which is a nicer place to live in the summer- choosing between Prescott, Flagstaff, and Sedona? Any input is dearly appreciated.

wonderful hot springs -
6/8/2020Love the winters but the summers are too difficult for me. Hot and super windy. However I love the serenity, beautiful mountains, hot springs, and location close to Palm Springs. Will be back in November.

Our favorite home yet -
4/22/2019We have been fortunate to live in many great places. Marin County, Napa, the Big Island, and finally Ashland. It has been our favorite home so far. The rural feel and very little traffic are counter balanced by so many cultural offerings as to be mind boggling. I have never experienced so much live music offered nightly in any town even 10 times the population. Every building oozes charm and character and the amount of beautiful parks and trails will blow your mind. Come for a visit and you might just leave your heart here.
