1/30/2020Christina, thank you for adding some PA perspective. I was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and those that have never lived in the dreary and often unfriendly northeast (specially areas of PA) have NO idea what douchebags really are, especially if they are from an awesome place to begin with.
I have spent weeks in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills areas over the past 20 years and have witnessed the changes to that AZ area. Any negative changes seem to be minor when compared to Philly and they dying Pittsburgh areas.
The idea of NOT being required to plan your entire life around terrible weather is great.
I believe that area of AZ will be in my top 3 places for retirement so that I can get outdoors more and actually live.
