Austin quality of life is good -
1/4/2008Having lived in Austin, TX for seven years I have found that the overall quality of life is good: low home prices, low cost of living, several rivers, lakes, parks and recreational areas, liberal attitude, good city management, not too difficult to commute, good grocery stores. Only thing is the schools aren't great ....they are better just north of here in Round Rock but then you have a longer commute into Austin.
