A LOVELY MID-SIZED CITY - 1/21/2011
WE HAVE LIVED IN LYNCHBURG FOR 8 YEARS AND LOVE THE AREA. COST OF LIVING IS REASONABLE AND THE AREA IS BEAUTIFUL. LYNCHBURG IS NICKNAMED THE HILL CITY AND HAS LOVELY VIEWS. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF INDUSTRIES HERE AS WELL AS SEVERAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. THE JOB MARKET AND HOUSING HAS NOT TAKEN AS GREAT A HIT AS OTHER PARTS OF THE STATE AND COUNTRY. WE ARE CONTEMPLATING MOVING TO FL BECAUSE WE WANT A WARMER CLIMATE AND WITHOUT SNOW OR ICE. MOST OF THE LAST 8 WINTERS HAVE BE MODERATE.
