My two olders chldren have families of their own in the area. Our youngest will be moving with my wife and me. Really not looking forward to left the "kid" and grandkid behind.

You don't what you've got til its almost gone - 3/18/2008
I'm just about to embark on my fourth relocation. We've been in Beaver for 13 years and are dreading the idea of moving. Especially since our children have start their own families here. Most of the information about this area is right on. Housing appreciation in down. Good jobs are tough to find. With that aside, it is a nice place to live.
