It's crowded but overall OK -
12/2/2020I've lived here for 12 years. Back then the houses were priced right, you could get a nice smaller house for under 100k. Right now the prices are outrageous, like anywhere else in Colorado. Another nice State ruined by leftists.
The city itself is just OK, very compact and densely populated, but overall very nice and friendly people.
I don't do city life, like bars and restaurants or clubs, and there isn't any in the city. I do hiking, and there's a few nice trails for that.
The air quality is not good. There's some drug infested areas which can be avoided like any other city, but overall not a dangerous place to live in. Most people are working class, and lots of families and kids.
