The "excitement" level of Wadsworth - 8/2/2005
I am a 25 year old female and have lived in Wadsworth all my life. The schools aren't bad and we truely have very little crime. Or at least it's not announced nationwide like other cities, but as for fun around here, Ha Ha. Fun is not a word that can be used often here. The only fun we have is the Blue Tip parade every year. Even that is going down the drain. Most of our jobs are iether factory or fast food. We have two movie theaters and one bowling alley. Until last year, you had to go 30 minutes in any direction to even find a decient store. Now we have Wal Mart. Yippie. The streets are quiet and the neighborhoods are nice. It reminds me of Mayberry. But if you are looking for a place that is awake at night and full of life, Do Not move here. It's the equivelant to Florida for the retired people.
