Great place to visit, great place to live! -
5/21/2019I spent my formative years in Seymour and it was a great place to grow up. Friendly people, lots of school activities, and loads of folks who took an interest in our success.
I just recently (April 2019) visited Seymour again. The town has changed--and grown!--in ways I never imagined! There is a new high school providing an up to date learning environment, all new sports facilities, and new cafes have joined the classic Rock Inn. The City Hall Cinema shows free movies throughout the year and the Whiteside Museum offers visitors a world class experience with dinosaur fossils found in and around Baylor County.
It's a great place to be! My own plan is to retire and move back to Seymour in the next 5-10 years.
