Great Schools -
12/31/2007I am a graduate from Park City High School in 2000. The school system there is designed to be very competitive and offers a very good education. When students graduate and move on to College they are very prepared for the work load and study habits needed to succeed in higher education. Park City is made up of predominately wealthy and highly successful people. Its easy to find good community role models.

Beware of the "Flood of '07" -
12/31/2007Before purchasing any home in this area be sure to check for damages from 2007's flood. This city among others in the area was hit pretty hard and many of the homes have damage that may not reach the eye.
If you like small town America, this is it.
