3/17/2020FYI you forgot to select your star rating. Just thought I would point that out.
I don’t mind the 3 or 4 months of heat. We have a pool and high powered misting system for our horses.
We do own property up north as well. So can get away for short trips. I still would rather have high heat over freezing cold winters with ice and snow. But to each there own.

Love Cave Creek -
7/21/2018Beautiful homes and area with larger parcels and horse properties. Wonderful people. Low crime. Great climate except 3 months of hell heat in the summer. But you can drive 1 hour and hit cooler climates. 8 degrees cooler then Phoenix. Low taxes compared to east coast and California. Did I mention sunny and wonderful weather 8 to 9 months of the year.
Fabulous restaurants.
