5/18/2019You are completely correct on your analysis of this city. It does not seem like the USA here at all. It is the only place in our country where you can COMPLETELY get away with not knowing how to write, speak, read a lick of English. People here don't pay for car insurance and are dangerous/distracted drivers, so those of us that DO pay have very high monthly rates. People do nothing here but eat. It is not a city that encourages walking or biking AT ALL. It is an ugly, dreary, dirty, depressing city. The Hispanics are VERY racist towards white people. The mayor is crooked. The people are mostly drunks or pill poppers that are nice to your face and then talk behind your back in the most peculiar ways. Thank God I get to leave this Monday after enduring almost 8 months here.
