Shreve Ohio - 8/31/2008
I would just like to say that Shreve Ohio is a quaint little village. It lies in between Wooster, Ohio and Big Prairie, Ohio. It is surrounded by a community of Amish whom seem to linger back in time. The people are very humble and compassionate. I have lived there for approximately 7 years and the people were very welcoming and helpful. It has an old hardware store similar to the olden days. They have a sucker bucket full of dumdums at the counter for kids and adults, whom think they are still kids, to dig there little hands into. Such a sweet sense of the past. They also have a great Amish resteraunt there called the Des Dutch Essenhaus. They serve home cooked meals that Grandma and Grandpa use to make. In the restraunt a train travels amongs the log beams to entertain you while you wait for your home cooked meal. I love this little town and the people whom make it home.
