9/17/2014Dan, we are looking to relocate from the central coast to Redding area. Looking for a more affordable cost of living then here. We have three girls, two school aged. Is cottonwood a good place to raise kids? Most likely my husband would have to commute to Redding for work, how is the drive? Thanks!!!

9/8/2014Struggling to find any affordable rentals here, or anywhere on the Central Coast really. My husband has been with the same company for ten years, is a manager and makes a decent salary. Yet we still cant afford more than a one bedroom apartment. With three kids and pets this is not feasible for us.
