9/1/2010I agree Jen. Meriden is a crappy place to live. I hate it here so much and can't wait to get out. It's so GHETTO here now and too many welfare rats ruined this once nice town.

Why I Love Cheshire -
9/1/2010I love Cheshire because the people there are friendly,mind their own business and the town is so pretty! I live in Meriden and I go to Cheshire often just to relax. Meriden is a rotten town and thasnk god for Cheshire! They have a few great restaurants,quality coffee shops and alot of nice people will stop and chat with you while you're out walking. A place to raise kids. No one walks around acting "ghetto" like in Meriden.

Meriden has become a joke! -
9/1/2010Meriden was such a great town many years ago. It's now a garbage town full of losers,drug dealing,welfrare rats,people that won't speak english,thugs,whores and ghetto acting people. I can't wait to get out of here!The downtown area is so depressing and sad! The town now has a dirty feel to it. The central part of Meriden makes me sick.Meriden feels like a small version of a crappy part of the Bronx,NY!!!! Now more bums than ever are walking the streets of Meriden.They make me sick.I've come so close to knocking a few of them out. This town is full of smelly ass bums. Meriden is also a HUGE welfare and section 8 town.I'm just telling it like it is. Alot of pretty neighborhoods but not for long because the losers are slowly moving in there also.
