Montgomery is a great place to live! -
9/23/2007Montgomery is a wonderful place to live, get a K-12 education, and raise a family. It is peaceful, beautiful, safe, convenient, and walkable. The parks are numerous, well kept, and easy to access from any part of town. I can walk to two parks and a nature preserve from my house. The huge community pool is open to all and has a water slide - which is fun. The public schools are top notch and produce more National Merit Scholars than anyplace else in the state. Bethesda North Hospital is in our community and medical care surrounding the hospital is abundant and varied. We have lots of restaurants ranging from fast food to upscale dining and, of course, there's shopping. You can literally get all your needs met without ever leaving town. It's an amazing place to live.
