Seal Beach, CA
Great place to live. -
6/17/2007Seal Beach has the best weather of any place I've lived, and I've lived in two coutries, 5 states, and 14 cities or towns. Seal Beach has vitually no air pullution, light rain averaging 13" annually. In summer the average high is in the high 70's. In winter the average low is about 50 (it's considered unbearably could when it get down to 40).
Also, in old town Seal Beach (near the beach), crime is so low that you can walk around at midnight and feel perfectly safe.
Seal Beach has a small town feel, with a real Main Street that people walk-to to eat in restaurants, or shop. Also, there a great library in the middle of twon that's within walking distance.
The only disadvantage is high cost of property.
