Overpopulated & overpriced - 7/1/2019
I have been a resident of CDA for over 30 years and watched this city slowly decline into a shell of it's former self. Watching CDA go from a beautiful slow paced town to an overpopulated, overpriced, vacation destination has been incredibly depressing. I originally planned to spend the rest of my life in CDA, that dream went out the window when folks decided $ is more important than preserving the beauty of CDA
