The best place in WA to raise a family: Brier!! -
2/24/2019I moved to Beautiful brier at the ripe age of 3 years old. I lived in Brier until I was 20 years old and my dad still lives there.
Lots of kids and great schools. My childhood memories of playing at the parks and walking around Brier at all times day and night and never once felt uneasy. This is probobly the safest city in Snohomish County. It’s close to I5 with easy commute to Seattle in about 25 minutes. Brier feels like a small town with Brier park right in the middle and the little Brier Grocery we used to call the Candy store. The same family has run this store for 30+ years and remembers all the kids who grow up in Brier. Brier feels like the Heart of Snohomish County surrounded by Kenmore, Lynnwood, Bothell, Mountlake Terrace, and Lake Forest Park. 10 minute drive to enormous Lake Washington. Brier still feels like a warm community with almost Zero crime. I would be buying a house in Brier if the housing prices were under 500,000.
