7/21/2013With the Construction that is now done in this city. Some Businesses are starting to come back now. There are jobs in mostly retail in this area. If you try to apply to any of the jobs or volunteer here depending on where you are applying to, people may or may not give you the job. I have seen a lot of rude people here since I have been living here and they are not very friendly in this city even some of the government workers. The people who work here in this city may be very rude to you if you are not from Massachusetts. I would prefer avoid living in this city since there are some people here who are not very friendly. If you plan on moving here to Massachusetts and want to know where there are towns or cities where people are friendly, I would prefer living in the rural areas or living up in the Greenfield area where there are some friendly people there.

8/7/2012It is very hard to get jobs around this area as there are jobs in mostly retail. Anytime you try to apply for any of the jobs depending on where you are applying to out in this area, people here will not want to hire you at all. There are a lot of people that are out of work and cannot do buisiness here due to the construction that goes on throughout the city a lot. Please avoid living in this city.
