4/11/2006I will be relocating via job transfer to charlotte as soon as my home sells in maryland. I have done some extensive research via the internet on charlotte and have come up with this area as the most favorable area for me to move into. Please anyone living in this area email me or leave a post to tell me about the area. I don't have any children at home so i don't have to worry about the school system there, thank God. I have found some great homes in this area, i just want to make sure i am moving into a good neighborhood and area of charlotte, thanks alot.

4/11/2006I have done some extensive research on the charlotte area as well as Concord and Kannapolis. I would like some emails from people specially living in these areas and more so in the 28215 area of charlotte. I have seen some nice homes in the 28215 that match what i am looking for and the crime stats are very low in this area. I just want to make sure that i move into a good neighborhood and area. 4/11/2006i have done some extensive research on charlotte and some other areas that i am thinking of moving too like concord or kannapolis. These areas seem really nice as far as neighborhoods and crime levels. My first priority is to find a good neighborhood and area to live in and then look for a house in that area. I have already researched the homes in these areas and they have what i am looking for i just want to make sure im not moving into a crime ridden area or any other type of non friendly area, i don't have any children at home so i don't have to worry about schools there, which i heard were pretty bad.
