12/19/2008Is a slow and steady neighborhood, with mostly automotive related businesses. Few bars, fewer clubs. Its like a retirement place. Worst place for young adults to live. Plenty of property crimes happpen, and a lot of cars are being stolen, but the violence is low. Strict traffic is being enforced by LAPD. Fast cable broadband is available. People rarely walk outside. Population class ranges from below poverty to higher middle class. Not much employment. The buses 90 and 91 come every 40 minutes or so. Average rain, rarely snows in here. The major street is foothill blvd, and its getting congested sometimes. Parking becomes harder to find since the emergeing of apartment complexes.
