I moved to Ringgold, GA in Sept. 2009 from the Upper Peninsular, MI, because of health reasons. It was a really great little town, until the tornado in the spring of 2011. Since then, there has not been alot of work done to rebuild. Also, I live in an apartment and would like to move to another one, but there are very few apartments in Ringgold, so I am going to have to move to another town. I am on disability.

Ringgold, GA

SLOW!!!! - 8/9/2011
Since Ringgold was hit by an F-3 tornado this spring (2011) things just haven't been real good. Many places have yet to even begin rebuilding and there are no motels open at the I-75/Ringgold (Exit 348). If you want to move here and live in an apartment, you won't find very many. Close to Chattanooga, TN where there are alot of apartments, but the crime in Chattanooga, TN has gotten so BAD, you really don't want to be in that town after dark.
