Boom Town -
11/29/2015With the Tesla factory being built in Reno, and the Lithium mines/hydro aquifer project soon to be built, I want to k now if there is a business opportunity available to me and my investors in your city/county?
What would I have to pay for a commercial property site on the main through-way?
Does anyone in town have the ability to build a first class restaurant?
What do the town fathers expect the town to grow in size, since it may become the largest lithium producer in the U.S.?
Are there any land investors currently in town as speculators?
Is the town a Mayor/Town cancel based operation?
Do you have anyone running your data base?
Does anyone run a business or are all of your citizens retired (I expect you have a restaurant and filling station), and a school.
I'm sure I've driven past your town many times on my way from Vegas to Reno.
Please respond to my questions and any other points I mat have emitted about your towns good fortunes.
