Is it really expensive? -
2/15/2011I have a few questions, Ok, Im doing my research on South Carolina, Charleston, because Im expecting to relocate up there and no matter what website I go to it always saying something different, like...High unemployment, then the population is high one day then its different the next...I mean I dont know where to look up the correct info. But so far the cost of living is not as low as I would like for it to be, but I did my pros and cons and I still want to move up there. And is it public transportation?

2/14/2011U must dont know that st.louis is #1 in crime..So how is it safe here...People are not friendly here unless youve grown with them...Its terrible here, U must live in a stable area, the schools, forest park, the events they have, the arch, and a few other things I love very much, but I wouldnt dare raising a family here. And ive been living here for 3years and it has been babies getting killed just for crying to much, it was a lady that got raped and beat a block away from my job, she got stuck in the snow and it was a guy that helped her get out the snow...Do u know this guy made this lady drive somewhere on delmar and raped and beat this woman...It was on the news. She thought that he was being a good person by helping her and this happened to her.

2/14/2011Cara, all I have to say to u is that when I read what u said about saint louis, I absolutely felt like I know u...lol. I mean I have been living in st. louis too for 3years. U r right on point about everything, I mean everything. The so called boyfriends Ive had up here are terrible, so I am single right now. I wouldnt say its racial tension here(my opinion) its just the people are mean, not friendly and so on., Its true that its hard to make friends, the people are stuck up or either snobbish, and people dont have any manners(trash is every where), Lack of discipline...OMGoodness I can just go on & on about this place, lol...it is hard to get out of here because the jobs dont want to pay anything.I dont even go out cuz its so unsafe & I hate that, but thanx so much for displaying how u feel cuz I thought I was by myself on not liking st. louis.

2/14/2011Hello, I live in saint louis, missouri, I have been living here 3years now and all I have to say is that I am ready to move.I am not from st. louis,but living here has been an experience.Crime is #1, STDs is #2, and its no friendly people here, u cant have friends here cause their back stabbers, their stuck up, its not a place I would want to raise a family, I can go on and on and on about this place. But the good thing about saint louis is that they have alot of great schools(Colleges)to go, concerts, clubs and events u can go to.
