A Lovely Little Town -
6/28/2017This community is Amazing! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Amboy Territorial Days in July draw tge community together in a three day celebration of local history featuring a parade, dance, live music, vendors, prize raffle and lots more! The local grocery store has the best selection of goodies imaginable, including a decent liquor selection, in-store deli and a helpful staff. The local post office is conveniently located and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nick's bar provides pool tables, reasonably priced food and drinks and occasional live music or stand up comedy. The local hardware store carries everything you might need. When you don't feel like cooking, wander over to Timbers Restaurant and lounge. Good proximity to the lakes makes this an ideal location for boaters. The benevolent climate makes Amboy a gardener's paradise
