not so great -
1/29/2014I moved to Riverdale from Chicago in December of 2012 and after the first week I moved in a woman got carjacked in front of my apartment. During the summer it gets worst. Kids are left unattended, People dancing in the middle of the street, shootings, gang fights, and all this happens on 140th and Tracy street. I hated it when I lived there. Some areas are OK but Tracy street is a mess.

1/29/2014I moved from Chicago to Riverdale in December of 2012. The first week after I moved in a woman was carjacked in front of my apartment on 140th and Tracy Street. I thought it was a nice and quiet neighborhood but was I fooled. Everyday during the summer People were dancing in the middle of the street, kids being unattended, shootings, gang fights, and noise neighbors. I absolutely hated it there. There are some good areas in Riverdale but the street TRACY is not one of them. If you are trying to raise a family this block is not the one to live on.
