Great for now but by 2027... -
2/8/2022I've lived here for 7 years now and I'm glad I stayed West of the city. The East of Atlanta is getting dicey. Yes all the swanky restaurants are 30 miles away but nearby Hiram is improving. School district is fantastic. It is also becoming more diverse as I saw a Jamaican restaurant pop up. North Dallas is growing 3x as fast as West Dallas. Property values are also increasing with acre lots between 40k - 75k . Hurry, your still only 40 miles from Atlanta. That's a light commute for folks from Chicago, LA, Dallas, San Fran, Houston.

4/5/2019ive lived in Dallas now for 4 years now and I have seen the tremendous growth. Yes it's still Lacks great restaurants but Hiram Georgia is right up the street barium the parts are fantastic and the main square is attractive to. I am from Los Angeles so having a sense of rural atmosphere and only about 40 minutes from Atlanta gives it a nice balance. One thing that is attractive is the crime compared to other cities in the Atlanta metro Paulding is one of the lowest so I feel very safe in my neighborhood. Also the school district Paulding County unified as fantastic as well. trust my reviews that I have lived in many big cities and this has a nice balance.

3/23/2018Yes the town is still backwards but I heard they are making a push to film movies there. We will see if it helps the town.
