re: DO NOT MOVE HERE - 5/26/2018
People in Austin are rude and unfriendly, too, unless you're one of the young and hip. And traffic is as bad as Houston's (4th largest city in U.S.). Most small towns are not open to outsiders. Brenham is pretty friendly, for a small Texas town.

Was amazed at how many of the locals greeted us warmly each time we visited, though no one knew us.
