I don't know what the beautiful sunset looks like out here. I cànt see it. The dilapidated trailers block the view. The other abandoned properties are not in the way. I thought the trailers across the street were abandoned until I saw someone come out. You will need a lot of fencing, big yard lights, and a dog. I sleep at sunrise. There are people roaming the desert all night on ATV's. People are on foot until the early am. The mail is sketchy. The postal worker does not like to deliver boxes. So she won't. I cancelled my Amazon account for that reason. I know the schools are very low rated out here. So there's just not enough pluses for this area.
