Monticello, MN

A Way of Life - 6/2/2006
I just moved to Monticello in January. I grew up in a community that had neighbors looking out for each other. I guess I got lucky and moved to one of the few remaining cities that still have that. Monticello is just 40 minutes from St. Cloud, and 45 minutes from Minneapolis. Its not a bad drive if you work in the early morning, evening, or nights to get into Minneapolis. Housing prices are still lower, but will be on the rise with big name stores moving in. A great investment in the future!
