too expensive - 11/21/2012
For the area that has little or nothing to do besides bars and eating, this area is too expensive for young couples it families trying to establish themselves. This area caters more to the senior level professionals that are looking for a semi quiet area they can retire to someday. Not ideal for the younger crowd!
