4/11/2013Living in this city comes with the best benefit ever - Education. Real quality education. Los Alamitos Unified is the best public school district you can send your children to. Teachers, staff, administrators and parent volunteers work closely together to make the schools operate the way it should, so children can learn and thrive. Every year these schools in the district accomplish goals of great API scores, new updated technologies, and a long list of many, many other things (it is a really, really long list to list) despite having to constantly go through budget cuts. I constantly hear other districts just cutting out programs because of budget cuts, but not here in Los Alamitos. We adapt, overcome and find a solution for improvement. Moving here was the best choice I ever made for my three boys.
