9/19/2018Grants Pass actually has a good music venue, as well as Ashland. Medford, not so much. It's the more conservative town in the area other than GP. If you're looking for the local music scene Ashland is where you'll find it.

9/19/2018"Never ending rain"??? Wherever do you live? Medford has annual rainfall of 18" and last winter there was only 10". This place is fast becoming a dry, desert like environment with three-months-long fires and manipulated high temps (105-110F ++). Agree that there's nothing much to do here and rentals are impossible with the wages paid. Pollution is bad in the entire valley year round due to inversion. There are many better places to live.
