Arbela, MO is a small town with a population of only 17 people. Although small in size, Arbela offers plenty of activities for residents and visitors alike. The nearby Lake Brickey is stocked with a variety of fish and is perfect for fishing year-round. There are also numerous hiking trails in the area that offer spectacular views and wildlife-spotting opportunities. The town also holds an annual fair each summer that features food vendors, games, music, and more.
There are several businesses in town such as the Red Oak Inn which offers classic American diner fare, the Arbela General Store which sells local produce and goods, and the Little Italy Café which serves up delicious Italian favorites. Local sporting events include high school football games at Wolves Stadium on Friday nights during fall season and basketball tournaments held throughout the year at Arbela Elementary School.
