Zion, OK is a small community located in Carter County with a population of just over 1,000 people. Despite its size, the town has several churches representing different religious denominations. Most prominent among these are the Zion United Methodist Church and Oak Grove Holiness Church. The Zion United Methodist Church is a vibrant congregation that worships and serves in the spirit of Jesus Christ. Oak Grove Holiness Church is an independent non-denominational church that teaches from the Bible and emphasizes holiness through living a lifestyle dedicated to God's will. Both congregations provide Sunday services and weekly activities to their members throughout the year, allowing them to practice their faith together in fellowship with each other.
