Malcolm, AL is a small town located in the heart of Alabama with a population of around 500 people. Despite its small size, Malcolm is home to several excellent schools which have been rated highly by outside sources. In Malcolm, there are two primary schools which provide instruction for K-6th grade students: Malcolm Elementary and New Hope Elementary School. Both of these schools have received a rating of ‘Excellent’ from the Alabama State Department of Education for their commitment to providing outstanding education to their pupils. Additionally, there is also one high school within the town limits - Malcolm High School which serves grades 7th through 12th. It too has achieved an Excellent rating due to its success in preparing students for college and career readiness.
